Our 18 month old daughter woke us during the night, and we noticed the house was cold. After returning her to bed, we turned up the thermostat and nothing happened. After reading through the owner’s manual and re-setting the furnace, it still wouldn’t run. We realized we needed help. We called OK Heating at just after 2:30 AM and left a message and our call was returned within minutes. One of your technicians, Josh M., arrived at our house within 30 minutes and greeted us with a friendly smile despite the early hour. He assessed our situation and replaced the furnace ignitor within 15 minutes.
